Dear Vaisnavas,
 
I am humbly asking all of you to kindly pray for Kalindi devi dasi, a beloved disciple of HH Bhakti Caru Swami. Kalindi, who lives in Houston, Texas (U.S.) just went through a very serious open heart surgery. Her husband phoned me to tell me she came out of the surgery just fine. Now comes the most difficult time--recovery. Please pray to our dear Lord Krsna to give her the strength to do what is needed to recover from such an ordeal. Please let her know that she has a large, extended family of devotees around the world who care about her. Please ask the Lord to help her spiritually, physically, and emotionally so she may continue her service to her Guru and Lord Krsna.

Dear Vaisnavas and Vaisnavis,

Please accept my humble obeisances. All glories to Srila Prabhupada!

Thank you so much for all your beautiful prayers and well wishes. They certainly
helped me go through this heart surgery well. I received a new aortic valve, and now
am in the period of recovery, which will take 3-6 weeks. I realized how important
prayer and Vaisnava association is while in the hospital. We are so fortunate as
aspiring devotees, and this Vaisnavas care project is most important.

Thank you again so much, and I hope to be active as prayer partner soon.

Dear Devotees,

We are humbly asking you to please pray for a very special Vaisnavi named Kalindi devi dasi, a disciple of HH Bhakti Caru Swami. Kalindi and her husband, Thakura Hari dasa dasa, own and operate Krishna Culture in Houston, Texas (U.S.). In addition, Kalindi is a dedicated Prayer Partner for Vaisnavas C.A.R.E. as well as a Care Partner in her devotee community. She is always thinking of others and how to help them.
 
Recently, Kalindi Prabhu was diagnosed with a very serious heart condition which requires a difficult cardiac operation. Without it, the doctors are predicting 2-3 years before she would have Congestive Heart Failure. Even with the surgery her lifestyle and activities will have to change and slow down a great deal.
 
Kindly pray that she remains in good hands and that Lord Krsna, Srila Prabhupada, and her beloved Guru Maharaja will keep her close to Them, give her courage, and provide her with the spiritual strength she needs to tolerate such a difficult ordeal. We will keep you posted as we know more details. Please, dear devotees, keep Kalindi Prabhuji in your thoughts and prayers. She is such a special devotee.

Dear devotees at Vaisnavas care and dear Prayer Partners,
 
Please accept my humble obeisances. All glories to Srila Prabhupada! Thank
you all so very much for your sincere support and prayers. It makes such a
difference to know I am not alone in this. As it stands now, I have a
green light for the surgery. My spiritual master wants me to do it,
Krishna is making all arrangements and I am waiting for the surgeon to
return from his holidays. Most likely it will be done after the holidays
or at the beginning of next year. Please keep me in your prayers so I will
be free from fear. Thank you all so very much. I would also like to ask
you to say a prayer for my dear friend Sangita d.d., who is always giving
so much of herself to others, but also has various physical problems to
deal with. Thank you all very much, and I will keep you informed about
the next steps.

pray that Your Lordships, who are the Most Merciful, will shower Mother  Kalindi and her family with mercy so that they can face the situation with
transcendental calm. Please give them 'bala' [strength] to withstand the
ordeals ahead and please show them that Your Lordships are always there to
guide and help them. You are our only succour at all times and we beg you
for shelter for Kalindi and her dear ones.
